As a nurse, I’ve worked with all ages in both medical and mental health facilities. During my advertising days, I was primarily responsible for social media content and blog posts. I’ve also produced numerous articles while writing full-time for a health tech company. 

 

I’m an avid traveler who values cultural immersion. I’ve visited many countries as well as lived in Australia, Japan, and Jamaica. When I’m not traveling or writing, I enjoy nature walks, dancing, reading, painting, and making jewelry.
